Larry Stock MD, FACEP is an American Emergency Medicine Physician with over ten years of humanitarian experience. Larry is an Emergency Medicine specialist with extensive experience teaching and training Emergency Field Medicine. Larry is indefatigable, and has been, and will continue to be integral to AAI's medical response to disasters. Larry also sits on the American Board of Emergency Medicine, is a Clinical Professor at UCLA School of Medicine, is Vice Chairman, Emergency Department, Antelope Valley Hospital and is an Attending Physician, Emergency Department, Harbor UCLA Medical Center. |
Nathan Mullins

The International Program Manager, Nathan Mullins, is a security and training consultant and former police officer, who has spent 3 years in humanitarian operations with AAI. Nathan deployed, as the team leader to Pakistan, Kashmir in response to the South-Asian earthquake in 2006, Timor-Leste crisis in 2006, and the Burma Cyclone in 2008 as part of AAI's Disaster Assessment & Response Team (DART). Nathan has provided security consulting in Iraq, he has worked on the Thai-Burma Boarder in AAI's medical and educational projects and he has worked in Indonesia with AAI's Reconstruction & Disaster Risk Reduction Project. Nathan recently returned from the Burma Cyclone disaster where he headed AAI's emergency response. As International Project Manager Nathan travels extensively between AAI's international operations and Australian headquarters. |
Stephanie Cleary

Stephanie Cleary is the Emergency Program Manager for AAI. She holds Post Graduate degrees in Quality Management in Healthcare and Addiction Studies and also holds Diploma's in Nutrition, Remedial Therapies and various other diploma's and certificates in health, finance and project management. Stephanie has worked in emergencies in Sri Lanka, East Timor, Aceh (post tsunami), Philippines, India, Indonesia and also in Cambodia and Vietnam. In 2005 she relocated to Bangkok to spearhead the regional partnership development across Asia for an INGO, resulting in significant funding being secured to support program development and delivery. She has held senior posts in state and federal Australian governments' and specialises in managing change management, operational efficiency and program delivery. In the past Stephanie has been principle adviser to the Minister of Health and was the Chief Executive Officer of the Metropolitan Ambulance Service Royal Commission. She started her career in Aboriginal Health, where she was a nutritional educator and a residential alcohol and drug worker for women. |
Rodney Cocks

Rodney is an international affairs expert who has extensive humanitarian, political, security and development experience in conflict and post-conflict settings including Iraq, East Timor, Afghanistan and Sri Lanka - where he served as a member of the UN. Rodney has been recognized for his efforts, including being named Victorian Australian of the Year. He is an admitted lawyer in Australia and holds and MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He currently resides in the US, where he is an MPA student at the Harvard Kennedy School and Fellow at the Centre for Public Leadership at Harvard University. |
